Refund policy
Returns & Refunds:
We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with box contents and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are applicable only in the following situations:
- If there is any manufacturing defect due to which you are unable to use the product
- If you have received the product in a damaged condition; in such situations you should contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 12 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@cipherbrewing.com.

Limitation of Liability:
Our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the defective item. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses (example: downtime or business interruption)
Cancellation Policy:
Customers may cancel their orders at any time within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email at hello@cipherbrewing.com. Please make sure you include your order number and reason for cancellation in the email. No cancellations will be accepted after the order has been shipped, at which point returns must follow our standard return policy.
