At Cipher, we strive to make sure that your orders reach you pronto. We ship from Delhi and use express shipping partners to ensure you can start brewing as soon as possible.

Processing & Delivery

• Processing: When you place an order with Cipher, our team gets to work and ensures the product(s) are available and ready to ship. Upon processing, you will receive an email confirming your order! After your order has been picked up by our carrier, you'll receive an additional email with the tracking confirmation. This entire process takes 24-48 hours. We do not ship orders on weekends.
• Delivery Times:
  • Metros: 4-6 business days
  • Other Areas: 6-8 business days (remote areas may take longer)
  • We try to use reliable and fast shipping partners, however, there can be delays due to unforeseen circumstances
